NOTE: The RFP-labeled balancer is reportedly not entirely stable in this strain and will occasionally segregate recombinants of two types: sterile RFP+ animals (most likely homozygous qC1 [nIs281] worms that are able to grow to adulthood but do not develop germline), and non-RFP animals that lay viable progeny.
