PE97 hmp-1(fe4) V. C. elegans Semi-viable Vab. Homozygotes produce approximately 40% arrested embryos/L1 larvae. Severe morphogenesis defects show maternal rescue: homozygous progeny of heterozygotes display only minor morphological defects.
