Animals expressing PGL-1::GFP in the germline segregate GFP+ and GFP- progeny. Maintain by picking GFP+ Rollers. Please be aware, the transgene is frequently silenced and picking GFP+ animals is the only way to maintain a reasonable frequency of GFP-expressing animals. Maintain at 25C. |
