| Description | alg-5(ram2[GFP::3xFLAG + LoxP]) is a deletion allele of alg-5. The coding region of the alg-5 genomic locus was replaced with GFP::3xFLAG using CRISPR-Cas9. Transgenic animals express GFP::3xFLAG under the control of alg-5 regulatory elements. GFP expression in the germline can be seen under a microscope.
