GFP is detected in the same cells as the endogenous LIN-26 protein, that is hypodermal cells (including rectal and vulval cells), support cells, and the omatic gonad precursors Z1/Z4. The signal is too weak to be detected in uterine cells. mcIs17 insertion site not mapped. |
