| Description | Pick wild-type GFP+ to maintain. q725 heterozygotes are wild-type with pharyngeal GFP signal, and segregate wild-type GFP+ q725 heterozygotes, Dpy bright GFP+ (mIn1 homozygotes), and non-GFP puf-8(q725) II; lip-1(zh15) IV double homozygotes.
