| Description | Crispr/Cas9 engineered mutation in unc-119. ox819 is an 11 bp deletion causing a frameshift after V110 (UNC-119a) and then appends 29 out-of-frame amino acids before a stop codon. unc-119(ox819) animals are phenotypically identical to unc-119(ed3) animals and can be rescued by expression of the smaller C. briggsae unc-119 gene (Cbr-unc-119).
