ZF1-degron, GFP, and 3xFLAG tags inserted into endogenous tpxl-1 locus. No overt phenotypes in a zif-1(gk117) background. Predicted no degradation because zif-1 putative null is present. Can be used for degradation of tpxl-1 protein by providing a source of ZIF-1. GFP expression is observed in microtubules.
