Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+ (pharynx), and segregate wild-type GFP+ heterozygotes, Dpy Sterile GFP+, and non-GFP smrc-1(om138) met-2(om142) homozygotes (reduced fertility, reduced embryonic viability and high incidence of male offspring). Defects are more prominent in M-Z- animals at 25C. 3xFlag tag inserted at N-terminus of endogenous met-2 locus using Crispr/Cas9. nIs189 [myo-2::GFP] integrated in or near qC1.
