Cbr-msrp-3(nm77[HA::Cbr-msrp-3]) I. Show Description
nm77 is an HA epitope tag inserted into the endogenous Cbr-msrp-3 locus, two codons after the predicted signal peptide cleavage site of Cbr-MSRP-3. Anti-HA antibodies recognize the tagged Cbr-MSRP-3 glycoprotein on immunoblots, in the membranous organelles of spermatids, and on the plasma membrane of activated sperm (including pseudopod) in both males and hermaphrodites.
