Auxin-inducible degradation (AID*) tag inserted at C-terminus of endogenous unc-104 locus by CRISPR/Cas9. Can be used for auxin-induced immobilization of worms for live imaging. Auxin-inducible degradation (AID*) tag inserted at C-terminus of endogenous unc-104 locus by CRISPR/Cas9. Can be used for auxin-induced immobilization of worms for live imaging.
