oxSi487 [mex-5p::mCherry::H2B::tbb-2 3'UTR::gpd-2 operon::GFP::H2B::cye-1 3'UTR + unc-119(+)] II. MosSCI insertion into ttTi5605 site on Chr II. unc-119 rescue, bright nuclear GFP and nuclear mCherry fluorescence in germline.

Heterozygotes are WT and segregate WT, Uncs and Sterile Dpys which have an everted vulva. ar95 previously called evl-10(ar95). See also WBPaper00004382. Do not distribute this strain; other labs should request it from the CGC.

Animals with the Dup are Unc. Animals which have lost the Dup are DpyUncLet (Adult arrest). Maintain by picking Unc non-Dpy.

osIs1 [CYE-1::GFP (pMF101) + unc-76(+)]; probably integrated on LG II. This strain has Ste, Emb, Muv, Him phenotypes (probably dominant effects of the integration). Expression in many blast cells can be detected. Reference: Fujita et al. PLoS ONE 2, e407 (2007).

osIs2 [CYE-1::GFP (pMF101) + unc-76(+)]; probably integrated on LG X. No dominant phenotypes observed (see HS1337). Expression in many blast cells can be detected, but much weaker than osIs1. Reference: Fujita et al. PLoS ONE 2, e407 (2007).

axIs1649 [pie-1p::GFP::histone H2B::cye-1 3'utr + unc-119(+)]. Transgene is prone to silencing -- maintain at 25C.

3xMyc tag inserted at N-terminus of endogenous cye-1 locus.

rrrIs1 [pie-1p::GFP::Histone H2B::cye-1 3'UTR + unc-119(+)]. Slightly Unc.

rrrIs2 contains [pie-1p::GFP::Histone H2B::cye-1 3'UTR (S1mt+deltaS2-3)+ unc-119(+)]. Slightly Unc.
