srm-1(syb8127[dpy-10 sgRNAsite::unc-25 fragment with tataa sites::dpy-10 sgRNAsite::SL1-aaaa::FLP D5::let-858 3utr]) (IV:5015000). FLP D5 recombinase driver expressed from a fragment of the unc-25 promoter that expresses in RME neurons. Recombination was only modestly penetrant.
