Maintain by picking WT animals and checking that they throw PATs. st545 is a recessive lethal which causes a "severe" PAT phenotype. Most PATs hatch and are easy to spot as misshapen 2-fold larvae. Strain will break down, so be sure to check that the WT are throwing PATs.
