| Description | ojIs1 [pie-1p::GFP::tbb-2 + unc-119(+)]. Homozygous ima-2(ok256) worms produce only dead embryos. Maintain heterozygous population by propagating worms that give 25% sterile progeny or by single worm PCR, e.g. with primers 5'-GAAGAGGGAAAGGATGAGGG and 5'-GTTTGATGTTTTCACCGCCT which will give approx. 1.2 kb PCR product from the ok256 allele. Homozygous for pie-1::GFP::beta-tubulin. ojIs1 is not on LG I, II, or IV. |
