| Description | syuIs2 [ges-1p::cpr-5::DsRed::SL2::GFP + rol-6(+)]. Stable transgenic line with cpr-5::DsRed::SL2::GFP expression under the intestinal ges-1 promoter. Does not roll. GFP expression marks the intestine. CPR-5::DsRed expression in the intestine and coelomocytes. Extrachromosomal arrays were integrated with UV/TMP and non-roller GFP worms were maintained afterwards.
