Heterozygotes are GFP+ mScarlet+, and segregate GFP+ mScarlet+ heterozygotes, non-GFP mScarlet+ lin-4 homozygotes, and Dpy GFP+ mIn1 homozygotes. Maintain by picking wild-type GFP+ mScarlet+ and check for correct segregation of progeny to maintain. |
