| Description | armIs8 [zfp-1(short isoform)::FLAG::GFP + rol-6(su1006)]. Rollers. The fosmid-based armIs8 transgene rescues the protruded vulva phenotype of zfp-1(ok554). Ubiquitous nuclear localization of zfp-1(long isoform)::FLAG::GFP is observed in somatic cells in all developmental stages, but is silenced in the germline.
