Strain Genotype Species Description
BCN1049 unc-119(ed3) III; crgIs1004[dafp-21::GFP::unc-54 3'UTR unc-119(+)] C.elegans Fluorescent GFP worms. Fluorescence is high at high temperatures.
BCN1050 unc-119(ed3) III; crgIs1002[dafp-21::mCherry::unc-54 3'UTR unc-119(+)] C. elegans Fluorescent mCherry worms. Higher fluorescence at higher temeperatures.
BCN1082 crgSi1004[dafp-21::GFP::unc-54 3'UTR unc-119(+)] C. elegans Fluorescent GFP worms
BCN2081 crgSi2081 II; unc-119(ed3) III. C. elegans crgSi2081 [rpl-28p::PuroR + myo-2p::GFP + Cbr-unc-119(+)] II. Superficially wild-type. Puromycin resistant. ttTi5605 transposon in EG4322 has been replaced by a single copy insertion crgSi2081. Reference: Semple JI, et al., Nat Methods. 2010 Sep;7(9):725-7.
BCN9071 vit-2(crg9070[vit-2::gfp]) X. C. elegans GFP knocked into C terminal of vit-2 gene by CRISPR/Cas9 using self-excising drug selection cassette method of Dickinson et al. (2015, Genetics). Strain is derived from BCN9070, which was outcrossed to remove a linked background mutation on LG X causing transgenic males to mate poorly. Reference: Perez MF, et al. Nature. 2017 Dec 7;552(7683):106-109.
