nmIs12 [Cbr-msrp-3(+) + Cbr-unc-119(+) + myo-2::GFP]. GFP expression in pharynx. Wild-type (non-Unc) movement. Roughly two-fold over-expression of Cbr-msrp-3(+); has no measurable effect on fertility. Cbr-MSRP-3 is a sperm surface glycoprotein with homologs in C. elegans and other species.
