Single-copy insertion of a GFP-nanobody::zif-1 fusion transgene under a heat-shock promoter. Allows conditional depletion of GFP-tagged proteins in all tissues via heat-shock expression of anti-GFP nanobody fusion to ZIF1 (mediated by recruited ZIF-1 but NOT requiring ZF1 tags). (Wang et al.
