bqSi189 [lmn-1p::mCherry::his-58 + unc-119(+)] II. npp-25(bq41[npp-25::G>F>P]) III. GFP tag inserted into C-terminus of endogenous npp-25 locus using CRISPR/Cas9. FRT sites in GFP introns 1 & 2 (indicated by ">" symbols in genotype) enable FLP-mediated conditional gene knockout. Might still carry unc-119(ed3) or unc-119(ed9) in the background.
