gsp-2(tm301) III/hT2 [bli-4(e937) let-?(q782) qIs48] (I;III). |
C. elegans |
Maintain by picking wild-type GFP+. Heterozygotes are WT GFP+ and should segregate WT GFP+ heterozygotes, non-GFP gsp-2 homozygotes (embryonic lethal), very rare GFP+ homozygous hT2, and dead eggs. hT2[qIs48] animals are recessive lethal. Note: qIs48 has been observed to recombine off hT2, typically leaving behind a functional homozygous viable hT2 with Bli-4 phenotype. Attribution: This strain was generated by the National Bioresource Project at the Tokyo Women's Medical University School of Medicine, which is part of the International C. elegans Gene Knockout Consortium, which should be acknowledged in any publications resulting from its use. Semi-dominant. Reversible paralysis. Straight and rigid body form at the restrictive temperature (30C); recovers to WT when the temperature is lowered. Previously called mah-2(cn110) and unc-110(cn110). See WBPaper00004376. |

him-8(e1489) IV; adt-1(cn30) X. |
C. elegans |
Morphological changes in the rays, especially transformation of ray 6 into a thickened shape. Appearance of abnormal protuberances around rays. Closed structure of the fan. Impaired mating ability. Exons 8-10 of the adt-1 gene, encoding most of the metalloproteinase domain of ADT-1, are deleted in adt-1(cn30). |

hab-1(cn308) I. |
C. elegans |
The hab-1(cn308) mutant is slowly habituated and rapidly recovered from habituation when given repetitive mechanical stimuli. |
