Strain Genotype Species Description
JS345 gck-1(km15) V/nT1 [qIs51] (IV;V). C. elegans Maintain by picking GFP+ wild-type worms. Heterozygotes segregate wild-type GFP+ heterozygotes, sterile GFP- gck-1 homozygotes, and dead eggs (nT1 homozygotes). Reference: Schouest et al, Plos ONE 4(10):e7450 (2009).
JS604 dpy-17(e164) tlk-1(tm2395) III/hT2 [bli-4(e937) let-?(q782) qIs48] (I;III). C. elegans Heterozygotes are WT with pharyngeal GFP signal, and segregate WT GFP, arrested hT2 aneuploids, and Dpy Stu homozygotes that are non-GFP. Homozygous hT2[bli-4 let-? qIs48] inviable.
JS71 dpy-11(e224) air-1(vw5) V/eT1 (III;V). C. elegans Heterozygotes are WT and segregate WT, Dpy Stu, Unc-36 (eT1 homozygotes) and dead eggs. Also weak Him.
JS803 unc-119(ed3) III; vwIs346. C. elegans vwIs346 [pie-1p::LAP::CDC-48.2 + unc-119(+)].
JS83 air-1(vw5) V/eT1 (III;V). C. elegans Heterozygotes are WT and segregate WT, Unc-36, Steriles (vw5 homozygotes) and dead eggs.
WH371 unc-119(ed3) III; ojIs50. C. elegans ojIs50 [pie-1p::GFP::air-2 + unc-119(+)]. Wild type looking worms with GFP expression in early embryos. GFP can be seen on stereo microscope in complete darkness with sharp eyes.
