BW1118 mel-25(ct60) unc-42(e270)/unc-23(e25) vab-8(e1017) V; lon-2(e678) X. C. elegans Maintain by picking Lon non-Unc. Throws Lon non-Unc, Lon Unc Vab (bent head, tails very thin), and Lon Unc Mel (kinker, temperature-sterile).
HR10 dhc-1(ct42) dpy-5(e61)/unc-11(e47) bli-4(e937) I. C. elegans Heterozygtes are WT. Hets segregate WT, UncBli and DpyLet. ct42 homozygotes are inviable at all temperatures (recessive non-conditional larval lethal). ct42 is dominant temperature sensitive maternal effect lethal. ct42 hets give more inviable progeny at 25C than at 15C. dch-1 was previously called let-354(ct42).
HR1060 tbb-2(sb26) III. C. elegans Behaves as wild-type.
HR1184 +/szT1 [lon-2(e678)] I; nmy-1(sb115) dpy-8(e130)/szT1 X. C. elegans Heterozygotes are WT and segregate WT, Dpy Uncish with occasional Rol (nmy-1 dpy-8), Lon males, and dead eggs. nmy-1 homozygotes have a low brood size and are slow growing. sb115 is a null, truncation allele.
HR1275 src-1(cj293) dpy-5(e61)/hT2 [bli-4(e937) let-?(h661)] I; +/hT2 III. C. elegans Heterozygotes are WT and segregate WT, Dpy Mels and dead eggs.
HR1327 mel-26(tm1664) unc-29(e1072) I. C. elegans Temperature sensitive. Maintain at 15C. Unc.
HR16 mel-23(ct45)/qC1 [dpy-19(e1259) glp-1(q339)] III. C. elegans Heterozygotes are WT and segregate WT and DpySteriles. ct45 homozygotes give only dead eggs at all temperatures. ct45 is ts dominant. Hets give more viable progeny at 15C than 25C.
HR483 mel-11(sb56) unc-4(e120)/mnC1 [dpy-10(e128) unc-52(e444)] II. C. elegans Heterozygotes are WT and segregate WT, DpyUncs and Unc Steriles that are slightly Long. sb56 is a recessive zygotic suppressor of let-502(ca201) early larval lethality. Likely null of mel-11.
HR492 +/hT2 I; vab-7(e1562) mel-44(sb44)/hT2 [bli-4(e937) let-?(h661)] III. C. elegans Dominant ts maternal-effect embryonic lethal. Embryos arrest prior to morphogenesis or at two-fold. Non-ts recessive mid-larval lethal. Maintain at 15C. Freezes poorly.
HR505 unc-59(e261) tba-2(sb51)/hIn1 [unc-54(h1040)] I. C. elegans Dominant temperature sensitive maternal-effect embryonic lethal. Maintain at 15C. Heterozygotes are WT. hIn1 homozygotes are Unc. Early cleavage spindles small and misoriented, cytokinesis often incomplete. Recessive non-temperature sensitive maternal-effect embryonic lethal (but sterile in conjuction with unc-59).
HR592 memi-1(sb41) dpy-20(e1282)/nT1 [unc-?(n754) let-?] IV; +/nT1 V. C. elegans Dominant ts maternal-effect embryonic lethal. Embryos show extensive cytoplasmic blebbing, often accompanied by small spindles and incomplete cytokinesis. Two cell embryos divide synchronously. Embryos arrest with eight to several hundred cells. Recessive non-ts maternal-effect embryonic lethal. Null may be WT. Maintain at 15C.
HR596 sbEx133. C. elegans sbEx133 [mel-11::GFP + rol-6(su1006)]. Maintain by picking Rollers.
HR606 sbEx136. C. elegans sbEx136 [(pAW33.1) let-502p::GFP + rol-6(su1006)]. pAW33.1 is about 6.6 kb BamH1 fragment from K06G1 and includes the first 12 amino acids of LET-502 clones into pPD95.67/BamH1. Should be nuclear localized, but is not nuclear localized. Maintain by picking Rollers.
HR75 mei-1(b284) unc-29(e1072)/mei-1(ct46) unc-13(e1091) I. C. elegans Heterozygotes are WT. ct46 is a dominant, temperature sensitive maternal effect lethal. ct46 homozygotes are viable and fertile at 15C. b284 is a non-conditional, recessive maternal effect lethal. Heterozygotes give more viable progeny at 15C than 25C.
HR767 daf-8(e1393) mel-26(ct61sb4) I. C. elegans ct61 is a dominant, temperature sensitive, maternal effect lethal. sb4 is a revertant of the dominant phenotype. sb4 is a recessive, temperature sensitive, maternal effect lethal with approx. 10% hatching at 15C and 0% at 25C.
HR83 mel-24(ct59) dpy-20(e1282)/unc-24(e138) daf-15(m81) IV. C. elegans Heterozygotes are WT and segregate WT, Unc Dauers, and Dpys which throw dead eggs. Maintain by picking WT. ct59 animals are viable and fertile at 15C. ct59 is a temperature sensitive dominant maternal effect lethal. ct59 hets give more viable offspring at 15C than 25C.
HR890 +/szT1 [lon-2(e678)] I; syDf1/szT1 X. C. elegans Heterozygotes are Lon and segregate Lon and dead eggs.
HR899 unc-101(m1) tba-2(sb25) I. C. elegans Unc.
HR961 ced-7(n1829) dpy-17(e164) III. C. elegans Dpy. Maternal effect persistent cell corpses. This was derived from MT4993; it was outcrossed once to get rid of an unlinked lethal. Hatching rate has improved from 10-70% to 98%.
HR973 unc-101(m1) tba-2(sb27) I. C. elegans Unc.
HR98 mel-26(ct61) unc-29(e1072) I. C. elegans Dominant temperature sensitive maternal effect lethal. Will segregate some Vab. Maintain at 15C: about 30% of homozygotes hatch at 15C. Will not grow at 20C or 25C. Unc.
