Heterozygotes are WT with pharyngeal GFP signal, and segregate WT GFP, arrested hT2 aneuploids, and non-GFP ef15 homozygotes (pale, nearly sterile, lays few eggs). Derived by bombarding strain DP38 with LAP-tagged glp-1 fosmid (WRM0630DF02).
