Heterozygotes are WT with pharyngeal GFP signal, and segregate arrested nT1 aneuploids, and non-GFP tm2036 homozygotes. tm2036 homozygotes are temperature sensitive lethal, and can be maintained as homozygotes at 15C. tm2036 homozygotes have endocytosis defects in oocytes and coelomocytes at 25C.
