xnIs178 [mCherry::pac-1 + unc-119(+)]. Translational fusion to PAC-1. mCherry::PAC-1 is expressed in pharyngeal muscle cells (mostly apical, some basal), a few cells in the vulva, maternally in early embryos at cell contacts, and at adherens junctions in late embryogenesis.
