Pick animals with mCherry expression in the pharynx to maintain the array. vxEx328 rescues ethanol-independent phenotypes of a slo-1(null) mutants without rescuing ethanol intoxication. vxEx328 expresses worm BK channel protein (slo-1(T381I)) with a C-terminal mCherry tag.
