Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, and segregate wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, GFP+ non-mKate2 arrested larvae (ve992 homozygotes), Dpy non-GFP mKate2+ (sC1 homozygotes). Maintain by picking wild-type GFP+ mKate2+.
