Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+ mCherry+, and segregate wild-type GFP+ mCherry+, wild-type GFP+ non-mCherry (ve808 homozygotes), and Lon Mec non-GFP mCherry+ (tmC30 homozygotes). Maintain by picking wild-type GFP+ mCherry+.
