Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, and segregate wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, GFP+ non-mKate dead larvae (ve749 homozygotes), Vul non-GFP mKate2+ (nT1 homozygotes) and dead eggs (aneuploids).
