Heterozygotes are wild-type with pharyngeal GFP signal, and segregate wild-type GFP+, Dpy bright GFP+ (mIn1 homozygotes), and non-GFP rpl-33(cc2558) homozygotes. Pick wild-type GFP+ to maintain. cc5998 is an engineered mutation creating an early stop (R9*). Presumptive rpl-33 null. Heterozygous rpl-33(cc2558)/mIn1 animals are delayed in development.
