Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, and segregate wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, GFP+ mKate- homozygotes (larval arrest/lethal), sterile Dpy non-GFP mKate2+ mT1 homozygotes, and arrested aneuploid embryos.
