SL2::GFP::H2B tag inserted before STOP codon of endogenous Ctr-nlp-3 locus using CRISPR/Cas9. The 15 first nucleotides of the standard SL2 sequence (right downstream of nlp-18 STOP) are missing but bright GFP fluorescence is clearly detectable. Generated in C. tropicalis NIC203 background.
