CRISPR/Cas9 engineered deletion of cyb-3. Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+ and segregate mdf-2 null homozygotes (embryonic lethal), wild-type GFP+ heterozygotes, and arrested nT1[qIs51] aneuploids.
