Flippase-dependent cat-1 knockout. cat-1 coding sequence flanked by FRT sites, allowing cell-specific knockout of cat-1 in a Flippase-dependent manner. Upon recombination, the cat-1 coding sequence is removed and cytosolic mCherry marker is expressed. Part of SynaptoTagMe toolkit for examining cell-specific transmission.
