ieSi65 [sun-1p::TIR1::sun-1 3Â’UTR + Cbr-unc-119(+)] II. Single copy transgene inserted into chromosome II (oxTi179) expressing a modified Arabidopsis thaliana TIR1 in germ line and early embryos.
