MT3971 C. elegans ham-3(n1654) III. Show Description
Egl. HSNs are migration defective and defective in serotonin expression.
OH11704 C. elegans ham-3(tm3309) III. Show Description
Egl. Slow growing. Lethal/sterile at 25C. Maintain at 15-20C.
OH11705 C. elegans ham-3(n1654) III; otEx5093. Show Description
otEx5093 [ham-3p::ham-3::GFP + elt-2::DsRed]. Pick GFP+/DsRed+ to maintain. DsRed expression is difficult to detect at low magnification. otEx5093 rescues n1654; GFP+ animals are essentially wild-type. n1654 homozygotes are Egl, slow growing, Lethal/sterile at 25C. Strain can be maintained at 25C to increase frequency of array transmission.
BC14556 C. elegans dpy-5(e907) I; sEx14556. Show Description
sEx14556 [rCes ZK1128.5::GFP + pCeh361]. Maintain by picking WT. WT animals are GFP+. Strain construction supported by Genome British Columbia and Genome Canada. Please acknowledge McKay et al, Cold Spring Harbor Symposia on Quantitative Biology 68: 159-169 2004 (WBPaper00006525).
CER123 C. elegans ham-3(he159) III/hT2 [bli-4(e937) let-?(q782) qIs48] (I; III). Show Description
Heterozygotes are WT, GFP+ in the pharynx and segregate WT (GFP+ in the pharynx), dead eggs (homozygotes for hT2) and ham-3(he159) homozygotes, which are Sma, Egl, Adl, Pvl. Maintain by picking GFP+ worms and checking for correct segregation, since the hT2 balancer is lost at low frequencies. he159 allele was isolated by John Satterlee from a deletion library at Sander van den Heuvel's lab.
