PCR genotyping can be done with these primers: paqr-1 seq REV: TTTCCGTGTGCAGTGACCA; paqr1_WT_REV: TGCCCTCCCTTTTTACGGCG; paqr1_mut_REV: TGCCCTCCCTTTTTACGGCA. This yields a 441 bp product.
