wp127 created by the insertion of a tandem array containing seven copies of the GFP11 beta-strand (gfp11x7) in the endogenous ric-7 locus; can be crossed with reporter lines expressing the complementing split GFP fragment (gfp1-10) in specific cell types to facilitate tissue-specific labeling.
