Heterozygotes are WT, and segregate WT, sterile ts-Dpy qC1 homozygotes, and viable Unc t1461 homozygotes that produce dead eggs. GE1742 is also homozygous for him-3(e1147) so that male progeny are segregated. Pick WT and check for correct segregation of progeny to maintain.
