Expresses single-copy drSi41 in hsf-1(sy441) hypomorph. drSi41 includes hsf-1 cDNA containing an HA tag in frame between amino acids 370 and 371, under control of 4 kb of the hsf-1 promoter, integrated as a single copy by MosSCI on chromosome II at ttTi5605.
