cp21[hmr-1::GFP + LoxP] I. GFP inserted at the C terminus of endogenous hmr-1 gene by Cas9-triggered homologous recombination. Floxed unc-119 selection cassette was subsequently removed by Cre/Lox recombination leaving a LoxP scar after the 3'UTR. GFP expression in early embryos, larvae, and adults.
