bpIs151 [sqst-1p::sqst-1::GFP + unc-76(+)]. bp399 mutants accumulate SQST-1 aggregates strictly in the intestine in a distinct temporal pattern. SQST-1::GFP aggregates are absent in bp399 embryos, but start to form in L1 larvae and increase in number and size throughout larval development. Reference: Guo B, et al.
