hpEx4664 [C54F6.5::GFP + myo-2p::RFP]. Pick myo-2::RFP+ to maintain. C54F6.5 translational reporter containing the entire genomic region of C54F6.5 with the 1.2 kb of promoter sequence and 1.6 kb of 3' UTR region from its stop codon. GFP inserted in-frame after the last amino acid and immediately before the C54F6.5 3'UTR. GFP expression in muscles, more robust when starved. GFP accumulation in ceolomocytes.
