Brood size about 1/10 of WT at 20C, and about 1/3 of WT at 14C. 29% of eggs do not hatch. Early embryogenesis defects include misalignment of mitotic spindles and delayed migration of nuclei. Grows best at 14C but you can still work with it and do crosses at 20C.
