hDp21-bearing animals have wild-type length Egl phenotype, and segregate Egl and Dpy-5 Dpy-14 progeny. Pick Egl animals and check for correct segregation of progeny to maintain. Presence of rec-1 confirmed by Mark Edgley 9/94.
