| Description | [Mark Edgley ] Induced with 1500R gamma. mDp4 carries unc-17(e245), and it recombines with normal LG IV homologues. The unc-17 mutation has been observed to cross onto normal LG IV under heat shock (30C/6 hours). Males carrying mDp4 can mate and transfer the duplication, but at low frequency, and male stocks are difficult to maintain. |
