Heterozygotes are wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, and segregate wild-type GFP+ mKate2+, Sterile GFP+ non-mKate2 (ve540 homozygotes, some escapers will lay broods), Vul non-GFP mKate2+ (nT1 homozygotes) and dead eggs.
